Over the years, self-reflection has acquired a bad reputation. They have taught us that focusing alone is destructive and leads to narcissism, the culmination of my first attitude, regardless of the circumstances of the individual. Self-reflection allows you to take the time you need, accelerate your life, pause and think about where you are, where you are going and what you are doing.
