No, you don’t need a subscription to purchase audiobooks. A subscription only offers extra benefits and privileges.
- Can I download the audiobooks?
Absolutely! You can download your purchased audiobook anytime and enjoy listening. Plus, you can start streaming it online on our website without even downloading.
- How do I listen to the audiobook I purchased?
You can enjoy your purchased audiobook on any platform, including iPhone, Android, Mac OS, CarPlay, Computer, iPad and Tablet. No matter where you are, your book is always within reach! For more information, feel free to visit our Customer Help page.
- Can I access all audiobooks with a subscription?
No, access to all audiobooks requires individual purchases.
- Can’t find the audiobook you’re looking for?
No worries! Simply request the audiobook you want through the My Account > Request Audiobook section. We’ll do our best to add it to our library, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible!

- How do I start a subscription?
To start a subscription, go to the subscription page and click the Start Your Subscription button to add it to your cart. Once the payment is completed, your subscription will automatically be activated.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription. Go to the My Account > Subscriptions section, and cancel your active subscription directly from that page.
- Can I pause my subscription?
No, pausing your subscription is not available.
- Will my subscription renew without my permission?
No, your subscription will not renew without your consent. You must manually renew it.
